A friend of mine runs a small candle shop. Good product, tiny margins, about 3,000 customers on an old Mailchimp list. One night last winter she mentioned she'd been meaning to send a win-back sequence for over a year — she had a list of customers who bought once and never came back — but every tool that did it properly wanted a hundred and fifty bucks a month.
That bothered me. Not because the tools are bad. The tools are fine. But the job she wanted to do — send three emails to a list of lapsed customers, once in a while — didn't need a whole CRM platform. It needed a button.
So I built the button.
WinBacker is a single tab in your browser. You bring your own email provider — Resend, Mailgun, or any SMTP host. You pick one of four template sequences. You paste in a list. You hit launch. That's it. It's free because we believe a useful tool doesn't have to have a sales funnel attached to it.
WinBacker is built and maintained by FlowStack LLC, a Wyoming-based company. The templates are written by real people — not generated and tweaked. You can read every word and decide for yourself.
