Privacy, plainly.

WinBacker.email is operated by FlowStack LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801). This privacy policy explains what the tool does with your data, which is almost nothing, because most of it never leaves your browser.

The short version

WinBacker runs entirely in your browser. There is no backend server that I control where your data is stored. Your email provider credentials, your contact list, your email templates, and your campaign results all live in your browser's localStorage. When you clear your browser data, they're gone.

What I collect

Data you enter into the tool

Everything you type into WinBacker — API keys, SMTP credentials, contact lists, template edits, campaign results — is stored only in your browser's localStorage. I don't have a database. I can't see it. I can't recover it if you delete it.

Analytics

I may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Plausible or Fathom) to count page views so I know whether this tool is useful to anyone. If I do, it will not use cookies, will not track individuals, and will not fingerprint your browser. No Google Analytics. No Meta pixels.

Payments

If you make a payment through Stripe or any other processor, that provider handles your payment information directly. We never see your card number. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy, which you can read at stripe.com/privacy. We only see what the payment processor passes along: typically a name, an email, and the amount.

Third-party services you might interact with

• Email providers (Resend, Mailgun, your SMTP host) — when you send a campaign, your browser talks directly to whichever provider you've connected. Their terms and privacy policies apply to that traffic, not mine.
• Stripe — if you make a payment, Stripe processes it. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
• Hosting (Vercel, or similar) — the site itself is hosted on a static host. Host-level access logs may exist for security and uptime purposes.

Cookies

WinBacker itself doesn't set tracking cookies. Your browser uses localStorage for the tool's state, which is functionally similar but more honest — it's only there for the app to work. No third-party ad trackers. No retargeting pixels.

Your rights

Since we don't collect or store personal data on a server, there isn't much to request. But to be clear under GDPR and similar frameworks:

• You can clear your data at any time via the "Clear all data" button inside the tool, or by clearing your browser's site data.
• You can email us at support@winbacker.email with any privacy question — access, correction, deletion, whatever — and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
• You have the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you think something is off.

Children

WinBacker isn't designed for or directed at children under 16. Please don't use it if you're under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll also try to note it on the homepage for a while.
