WinBacker.email is free. It has always been free and it's intended to stay free.
Refund policy
Since WinBacker is a free tool, there are generally no charges to refund. If you were charged in error or believe there was a processing issue, please email us within 14 days and we'll look into it.

- Include: the date of the charge, the approximate amount, and the email address associated with it.
Stripe has its own dispute process. You can also reach out to your card issuer directly if you believe a charge was fraudulent.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback rather than contacting us first, please know that Stripe charges a dispute fee either way — so we'd genuinely prefer an email. Most things can be resolved in a few minutes.
The tool itself
Since the tool is free, there's nothing to refund for using it. If it doesn't work for you, close the tab and you've lost nothing.
